In the middle of a terrible blizzard, she met a rather confused man named Harry Mason, who said he lost his daughter. After agreeing to help him find her, the two are caught in a seemingly endless game of cat and mouse, with Harry running off to pursue his own goals, and Cybil trying desperately to keep tabs on him. It's clear that there's more to him than meets the eye.
The two had their final confrontation at the lighthouse, where he grabbed her gun and promised that he wouldn't let her get in his way. She assured him that she had no intention of doing so, but that the whole situation (and his motivations) left her confused: according to her records, Harry Mason died years ago. With a new resolve to stick with her gut, she left Harry behind to find whatever answers he was looking for, painful as they might've been.
